Hey there,
In a multiparent population I´ve been estimating the peak marker allele effects with fit1 and blup=T. One gets the effect estimates and SE for each of the parental allele. Visually it seems that in some QTLs there are two alleles, in some 3 or 4. Anyone would have a suggestion of an analysis for estimating the number of alleles. Doing pairwise combinations?
