A new version of R/qtl2 (version 0.34) has been released on CRAN. Windows and Mac binaries will be available within a few days.
The main changes are:
- a new function find_dup_markers(), for identifying subsets of markers with identical genotype data
- change of two function names, read_csv() to fread_csv() and read_csv_numer() to fread_csv_numer(), to avoid conflicts with other packages
