Hi Karl

I have been doing some binary mapping in DO mice and kinship cannot be included. As I am worried that omitting kinship may have an effect on the results I wanted to ask whether there is a way that I could include kinship?

Kind regards
Jacky

It turns out to be more complicated than it seems. I don’t have a solution at this point.
