How to make graph gene position in chromosome?

Dear all,
I have some data contain nucleotide position in Mbp, LOD, gene, gene position (start-end), and chromosome.

I would like to make plot with Y-axis contain LOD, x-axis contain nucleotide position and gene position.
It is difficult but I would like to make the output like this Data output

Would you like to suggest or tell me  how to input data in excel and some packages to make this graph.
Please help.
