A new version of R/qtl (1.72) has been released at its website (https://rqtl.org) and on CRAN. Windows and Mac binaries will be available on CRAN within a few days.
This is a tiny revision to improve documentation and error messages from cim(), to emphasize that it can handle only a single phenotype column.
