A new version of R/qtl (1.23-16) has been released at its web site
(
http://www.rqtl.org). It should be on CRAN within a couple of days.
There were no major changes; this is mostly bug fixes, particularly to
fix a problem that was revealed in the pre-release version of R
(2.15.0).
See
http://www.rqtl.org/STATUS.txt for a complete list of changes.

Please note:
In the next version of R/qtl, I may need to change the names of many
functions (particularly plot.geno, plot.missing, plot.pxg, and others
with similar names). I hope to do this in a way that maintains
backward compatibility. In the worst case, I will provide a separate
.R file that, when loaded with source(), will allow the use of the old
function names.
