R/qtl2 is now on CRAN

R/qtl2 is now on CRAN, and so you can install it with

install.packages("qtl2")

You can update to the latest version with

update.packages()

The latest release is version 0.22-11. It is not materially different from version 0.22; there were just a bunch of small changes in the documentation to conform to CRAN rules.
