A new version of R/qtl2 (version 0.46) has been released on CRAN. Windows and Mac binaries will be available within a few days.
There are just minor changes, mostly to deal with a change in R-devel.

- chr_lengths() now works on "cross2" objects (takes genetic map if present, physical map if not; gives error if there's no map)
- Small correction to code for plot_genes tests
- Small changes to tests to avoid Notes on CRAN
