A new version of R/qtl (1.18-6) has been released at its web site
(http://www.rqtl.org). It should be on CRAN within a few of days.
See http://www.rqtl.org/STATUS.txt for a list of changes.
The main reason for this release is to fix problems in est.map and
ripple that I'd introduced in version 1.17-39.
