A new version of R/qtl (1.38-4) has been released at its web site
changes are the following:
Fixed a bug in scanone() when using weights with multiple phenotypes
when some of the phenotypes contain missing values.
Got rid of everything to do with degrees of freedom in scanone and
scantwo. The checks seemed to offer little value but rather produced
cryptic warnings that confused many users.
As always, I'd appreciate hearing any suggestions or comments or
complaints.
