A new version of R/qtl (1.13-7) has been released at its web site
(
http://www.rqtl.org).
See
http://www.rqtl.org/STATUS.txt for a list of changes. There was
just one major change (see below). Mostly, this was to fix some
problems that will come with the next version of R.

------
Version 1.13, 12/10/2009:
Major changes:
Fixed a bug in fitqtl regarding the case of a locus on the
chromosome...the cited LOD scores for X chromosome loci were not
right. Had to make slight modifications to scanqtl, addqtl,
addpair, addint, addcovarint, refineqtl.
