Welcome to RQ Citizens Disaster Relief Network!

 

We are pleased to confirm your application and inform the details of your activities as per the attached documents.  Your RQ volunteer registration number is "0000".  Please make a note of this number as you will need it to make bus reservations or to change/cancel your participation in RQ.

Kindly check the attached documents carefully, as they address some important issues for your activities. Please print them out, read thoroughly and bring them with you for your own safety.

 

If you wish to change your schedule or cancel your participation, please let us know by replying to this e-mail at least one day before your activity is scheduled to begin in Tohoku.

 

*Note: DO NOT forget to cancel your seat reservation (ex. RQ bus) as well, if applicable.

Oh!   I have one question after checking your application form!

Regarding your telephone number, +447850213090, I understand that 44 is the country code for England where you live, but how about your mother's, which you wrote as +7790860032?  Would it be all right if I could know the country she resides?  (or you simply forgot to add 44 as the country code?)

Sorry to bother you in such a small detail!
