A pseudo-distributed database is created in Raspberry PI. After restarting Raspberry PI, the rqlite node needs to be reconnected. The following error occurs:
raft: failed to make requestVote RPC: target="{Voter localhost:4006 localhost:4006}" error="dial tcp [::1]:4006: connect: connection refused" term=52
[ERROR] raft: failed to make requestVote RPC: target="{Voter localhost:4004 localhost:4004}" error="dial tcp [::1]:4004: connect: connection

You will need to provide more details than, specifically a step-by-step process on how to reproduce the issue. From what you've shown you simply seem to be restarting your rqlite incorrectly, or without having all the nodes in your cluster running.
