Rugby Thanksgiving Update-RESPOND ASAP

So I talked to Dommy this morning. He met with Dave yesterday about hammering out the particulars of using the 2nd floor of The Ruck for Rugby Thanksgiving. We would need to reserve and pay for the space in order to use it. Dave said it would be ok for us to provide our own food so this will keep the cost of using the space way down. Also we suggested purchasing a keg a of something pretty good and using a wristband system seeing how there will be people there who are underage. We don't have a final price from Dave because this is dependent on what it is we actually wanted (i.e food, no food, beer, no beer, plates, glassware, silverware etc). But since there is no food it should just be one flat price. This should also keep costs down. Dommy proposed that the Actives would pay for and prepare the food and the Alumni would pay for the space and the beer. I am ok with this but wanted to run it by everyone else. I can talk to Nuzzy to see if there are any nice holiday brews coming out around then and if we could possibly purchase a keg of that. Please get back to me with your thoughts and questions about this as soon as possible so we can get the ball rolling on this. Cheers.
