One room available in a three-bedroom Capitol Hill home beginning July 1st, 2012 for at least a one year lease. A corner lot, this house gets plenty of natural light, is tastefully furnished and has two full bathrooms. You would be sharing the home with two professional women (including a RPCV) in their thirties. We are looking for someone who is conscientious of shared space; who would enjoy being a part of hosting occasional dinner parties/brunches; who would welcome a chance to dig in the garden; and who is a non-smoker/non drug user (alcohol excepted). Sorry, no pets allowed under conditions of lease. Walking distance to Eastern Market, Union Station, H Street area.
