-          A large, furnished bedroom in a furnished apartment. 

-          available from June 1st to September 1st, with a possible extension through the year.

-          $700 a month plus ½ the utilities.

-          The apartment is in NE DC a mile from Catholic University, a mile from Fort Totten, and a block from the H8, which goes to Georgia Ave and Columbia Heights or the Catholic University metro stop.

-          Close to Turkey Thicket (a swimming pool and gym with basketball courts and a small asphalt track – FREE to DC residents)

-          There is ample street parking.

-          Washer/Dryer

-           Dishwasher (an amazing one!)

-          It is a pretty quiet neighborhood

-          A really wonderful, homey type of apartment

The Roommate:

-          Non-smoker

-          No drugs

-          No heavy drinkers

-          Clean – i.e. clean the kitchen when done cooking, keep shared living space clean, spilt household cleaning.

- No pets
