Hi Vincent,
Once patient is classified as wake then there still no further movement after a brief period is not classified as sleep. Algorithm classifies inactive period of 5 minutes as sleep. can we change time period. Please help in this regard. I have attached screen shot for reference.

See documentation for argument 'timethreshold':

We know that the algorithm is not perfect, so, if you disagree with the sleep period time window classification use a sleeplog (synthetic if needed) and use argument relyonguider = TRUE.
