Hi GGIR Community,

I have the ActiGraph gt3x data that were collected at the different timezone (i.e., 4-hour difference) from the place where the device was initialized.

I understand that "desiredtz" and "configtz" can be used if the timezone is different for the data collection and device initialization, but, it seems that 'configtz' is not functional for the gt3x data at this moment.

In this case, is there any alternative way to process the gt3x data with the GGIR in the correct timezone where the data were actually collected?

I appreciate any help you can provide.

YK

Hi YK,

Thanks for reporting this.

To help me investigate would you be able to share with me:
  • one example file
  • the time you expect it to start in the timezone of the participant
  • the timezone the accelerometer was configured in.
  • the timezone it was worn.

Thanks,

Vincent
