John E. Cort is the Professor of Asian and comparative religions at Denison University.
Paul Dundas is Reader in Sanskrit at the University of Edinburgh. His work 'The Jains' is the standard English language introduction to Jainism.
Knut A. Jacobsen is professor in the history of religions at the University of Bergen, Norway.
Kristi L. Wiley is retired from the University of California at Berkeley, where she taught Sanskrit and Indic religions.
