Maintenance charges pending overdue for previous financial year (2023-24)

Dear owners

Pls pay remaining maintenance charges (if any at your end) for the financial year2023-24 that ends today. 

We had one audit observation last year due to pending maintenance charges beyond financial year. 

Requesting you to pay it off so that we don't show dues carried to next financial year
