[Royal Casa - H Wing]

Dear All,

Few months back we (all wings collectively) had requested co. operative registrar to conduct election for our wings.

Now, we have been assigned an election officer (Mrs. Aboli Pisal) and process has been triggered.

We will paste letters received from Election Officer to notice board and will upload here.
The election officer has also shared original member list. We need to get this updated as per I-Register.

Points to note from yesterday's meeting with Election Officer:

Please go through the list of members against flat numbers shared by them and wherever there are inaccuracies (this would happen where flats ownership has changed) please contact us.
Basically, we would need application from you stating that you are the the new owner of the flat H-XXX and share with us Index 2 copy and Aadhaar card copy. With that, we will update our registers and share with them so that they would further update their records.

We are required to make 11 members committee (7 general category members + 2 lady members + 1 SC + 1 NT category member). So, those who are interested kindly share your interest with any of the present committee members. We would get in touch with you for further process. (Only owners/co-owners can apply for this). Failure to share at least 6 names would result in Registrar taking over the society working (same as what happened with F wing).
