Intimation of new tenancy of H902

Dear All,

Please be informed that the new Tenant Mr. Abhishek Nema is shifting to Royal casa H 902 unit starting from Thursday 5th July 2024 onwards.

Kindly find attached agreement copy and police verification copy for your reference. I will submit the registred one as soon as it geta generated. 

Request you to please grabt NOC for tenant check-in and advise security  guard for the same. The check-in charges will be paid in advance to guard tomorrow at the time of checking in.

They need to fill up a form given by security at main gate when they bring in household stuff. They need to pay 2000 rs to Royal casa h wing account ( same icici account where we pay maintenance) for elevator charges during loading and unloading (unloading while they leave one day) . 

Form is actually the noc which will be signed by h wing office bearer to inform security that we r ok and they can allow the tenant.

Thank you for the information Yogendra. I have paid the 2000 Rs to  society account, pls refer attached transaction details for your reference.

Noted on the form fill up, Abhishek will do the same at the time of check-in. Is there a soft copy of that form available so we can pre-filled it for signature required?

Abhishek is expected to check-in on Sunday 7th July, so mindky advise the respective authorities to arrange for a smooth check-in.

Dear All,

Please find attached registered version for office records. 

Abhishek, our new Tenant will be moving in by tomorrow 2 PM. 

Tenant information form will be filled up by today and will handover to security guard for office bearers signature. 

Considering the Sunday in account and I wish not to disturb anyones personal time, May I kindly request to inform respective authorities to grant him access to move his luggage inside.
