Minutes of Meeting

Election Updates

Shared below updates with all.

·         H wing along with others have initiated election process. Mrs. Aboli Pisal is our election officer.

·         As step 1, flats where owners are changed need to submit their applications for their entry in society register and share the updates with Mrs. Aboli.

·         As step 2, seek nominations for being committee members. Received few nominations so far. Need more though.

·         However, general proposal from members present in the meeting was to request members who have not been in committee so far in last 12 years. Request such members to come forward and participate in committee activities.

 

Federal Updates

1) Painting work for society

·         We have roughly 50K / flat expense for painting work (which includes crack filling, leakage fixing etc).

·         Federal is seeking wing's opinion on whether to collect funds at one go OR in stepped manner or hold of painting work for now.

·         One proposal discussed was to start collecting sinking fund and use that for painting activity.

·         Request was made to gather more data from Federal like calculation of 50K/flat / any other quotations received etc.

·         We will communicate as we learn more on it & may need subsequent meeting to conclude on this.

 

2) Parking issues

·         Parking issues were discussed & our federal representatives were requested to share below feedback from H wing to Federal

o   Boom barrier is kept open almost all the time. It needs to be opened only for valid stickers.

o   Parking allotment needs to happen to create few visitors parking

o   Jammers need to be put in case vehicle is parked other than allotted area

o   No overnight parking for visitors should be allowed

o   Discontinue the practice of renting out existing visitors parking for full year.

 

3) House keeping

·         Although housekeeping overall has improved, some areas need cleanup. Staircase schedule needs to be monitor and followed.

 

4) Security

·         Security needs more attention from parking point of view.

·         Security agency needs to ensure police verifications for security guards are done. Federal to ensure & follow up.

 

5) General

·         Back side Speed breaker near H wing needs to be moved behind (just at the end of G wing) for vehicles to slow down at right time. -> To communicate with Federal

·         Speed breaker outside society needs to be elevated/repaired as vehicles coming from Nano side are not slowing down enough. -> To communicate with Federal (Additionally, Mr. Wadake is attempting to help here)

·         Water is logging in 1st floor podium garden at few places. Need to check with vendor for fixing.
