AGM

Hi All

Our planned AGM on 16^th June was unfortunately unable to go ahead as not enough plotholders attended - we need at least 25% of plotholders in attendance.  We are rescheduling for Wednesday 3^rd September upstairs at The Albion at 7pm and hope to have a guest speaker.  If you would like to attend and will have difficulties with access, please let me know and I will do what I can to rearrange the venue.

We are also planning a plot bonfire to get rid of the wood on 6^th September and will follow this with a social at 5pm - hope to see a lot of you there.
