Dear chapter presidents, delegates, and exec,
As I am sure most of you have heard, Garret Nerren is running for Student Body President and is wanting CPC to endorse him as a candidate. We will be voting on whether or not to endorse him during New Business at our next general Panhellenic meeting this Wednesday, February 6th. In order to endorse a candidate, we must have a 2/3 majority vote. He will hopefully be attending our meeting on Wednesday and asked if I would send out his campaign picture to all of you so that you can pass it along to all the members of your chapter. He is currently the president of KA and is also the VP of Recruitment for the Interfraternity Council so he is very involved with Greek Life at A&M. He really wants to reach out to as many Greek members as he can in hopes that they would a) share this picture on Facebook and/or make it their profile picture to show their support for his campaign.
If you do choose to send his picture out, you MUST include this disclaimer in your email:

It is against Election Commission policy to send any campaign material over your chapter's listserv unless your chapter's members have voted to endorse the candidate. Please do not send out Garrett's information or picture unless your chapter has endorsed him. I apologize for the miscommunication as I was unaware that this was against SBP campaign rules.
