Howdy Team,
List serves are officially fair game!
However, please make sure you include the following phrase on all emails:
“Please reply to sender if you do not wish to receive further email from this candidate. If you still receive email please contact the Election Commission at tamuel...@gmail.com.”

So does this mean that if one person on the listserve responds saying they want to be removed that you are no longer able to use it?
