Hello All!

I hope everybody is having a fabulous break and a happy new year so far! While we begin to wind back into school, I wanted to remind everybody about our winter screenwriting competition! For some of you, this could be your very first shot directing or producing your very own script, so it’s definitely an exciting opportunity! You'll submit your script into the EBoard, we'll vote on the best one, and whoever wins gets to have their script made into a film! Sounds fun, right?

Here are some guidelines to follow for your script to be eligible:

1.10 pages maximum (any scripts over will be dismissed)
2. Must be shoot-able (we have limited pre-production time, so the easier to shoot, the better)
     -realistic locations
     -manageable cast size
-no crazy special effects or stunts
3. DEADLINE January 15th at 5 PM.  (late scripts will not be considered)
4. Send to row...@gmail.com

Note: All scripts are welcome, but those who did not meet the membership requirements last semester will not be eligible to produce or direct; however, you may be credited as a writer and/or work on set in a below the line position.

If you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask me!

I’m excited to see everybody’s sunshine-y faces and get back into making some movies!

The first general meeting will be held on January 25th at 9:30 PM in the King Auditorium.

Best Regards,
Tyler Kubicz
