End of the Year Reimbursements!!! [PLEASE READ!!!]

Hello All,

I hope finals are treating you all well and to you all good luck and much success. 

First off, for everyone who was involved in a production--specifically, buying food, props, makeup, building materials, or any other miscellaneous charges that contributed to the production of one of our bigger shoots (By the Rio, Hourglass, and John Flick), then you are only eligible for reimbursement:

- You have the physical receipt, order confirmation, invoice, etc.

- You paid electronically or with a card (no RowanCard)

-  And it was for the shoot, crew, and cast ONLY and not for personal expense. 

If you need reimbursement, make sure to send me the following items:

-  The physical receipt or proof of purchase (please see me if you don't)

-  A picture of the front and back side of the corresponding card that was used for the purchase

- Notice of your full permanent address and banner id#

If anyone has any questions come see me before this Friday afternoon.
