Meet-up to discuss and write the constitution - 11 March 2009:
Gobby doesn't work with the lab computers.
Earl found Microsoft Live Workspace for grouping and sharing files.
It's no collaborative editor, but it works well enough for now. Earl
should be able to send out an invite to the whole group. If not, we'll
have to send invites to each individual email address.
Constitution isn't filled out completely. Once it is filled out we'll
post it as a page and as a file, for reference.
