June Contest Experiences

Folks,

Did anyone use version 2_7_1 for the June contest?  How did it go?  What worked/didn't work?

Had two problems. Other than that it worked great. Not networked.

 

1. I still have a problem with the new GPS module. The data flashes on and off about twice a second. Once again I reinstalled the old module which I think has a 2008 date.

 

2. One time while trying to backup to a thumb drive, the program locked up and I had to reboot.

Hi Harry, Just to verify, you are using version 2_7_1, right?  I thought I fixed a bug where the GPS info could be erased.  If you are using 2_7_1, can you please send me the gps.tcl that works for you so I can see the differences?  Thanks.
