Hi,

First post here, so don't really know what I'm doing yet.

Is there any way of getting RoverGauge to auto connect to the last known serial port when it starts?
I have a little windows tablet fixed to the dash of my TVR that's configured to run rovergauge on startup. The only problem is I still have to manually hit the connect button in rovergauge.
It'd be a great help tracking intermittent problems, and good to see everything is running as it should.

Cheers

Hello,

RoverGauge doesn't currently have this feature, but I agree that it could be helpful. I'll look into adding it to the next release.

Just released -- version 0.7.5 has an auto-connect feature:

https://github.com/colinbourassa/rovergauge/releases/tag/0.7.5

Pass "-a" as a command line argument to rovergauge.exe and it will connect just as if you'd pressed the Connect button.

I got a Dell Venue 8 Pro with Windows 10 installed. Will this app work?
