RoverGauge on Lenovo ThinkPad 8 with Windows 8.1 - not connecting to Serial Cable

Hi

My problem is, that RoverGauge won´t connect to Serial cable and I hope that someone in here will be able to help me out ;-)

I have been reading almost everything about this issue in all kind of different fora´s on the Internet - but still I can´t get RoverGauge to connect.

Please see pictures below to illustrate my installation on the Lenovo Thinpad 8. 

I have been running "USB to serial device driver" and it was completed with success.
