Incompatibility of Routix with windows vista and 7

Routix is not compatible with windows vista and windows 7. Please we
are in the world of windows 7 and we are in need of your routix
netcom, what is the solution?

I want a solution ASAP

well, I notice other people has made this request for over a year now and you have also promise them you are working on it. Please I would like to know when it will be ready.
