MQTT Dash topic +, # and Image event.url

If use topics with +, # all work ok ?

For now I can't subscribe to topics with + or #.

P.S.

Used metric with image type.

Refresh interval time set to 999999.

How I can force load image after change url by event.url on Display JS.

Task: need load image only on when mqtt message received .

If refresh interval time is 0, it load and load ?
