Server shortcut not created

Good afternoon. There is a convenient function in the list of servers - "Create a shortcut on the desktop ...". It's actually very convenient.
But on all new smartphones (I tried Samsung M51 and Realmi 9Pro) - writes "Shortcut created" and nothing ... I understand the problem on all Android> 8

At some point in time Google changed some APIs and it stopped working.

There is definitely such an opportunity, since the SmartLife application still creates shortcuts successfully
