commands used for monitoring parameters on json format

hi,

I'm using an IoT device for monitoring my fish farm. I had measured all my parameters and data push to the MQTT server. I need to monitor these on the application in realtime. I'm new to javascript. I don't understand how to configure the text option on the app. example of JSON format is given below. Please help me set up it for monitoring so that it is an excellent option for monitoring it.

publish topic is same as IMEI number
