Trouble Accessing API

Hello,

I'm having trouble using the RouteShout API website, I am unable to login to manage my API keys. Do I need a different API key for each application I create? Or is this a per-developer thing? If is the latter, then you can ignore this request I can use one of the old API keys I have in my email. Otherwise, I'll need access to my account online in order to create a new one.

Also, what are the rate limits for the API per key?

Another question, do you know why this request is returning a 500 "Unknown error occurred" response?
