Problem with hellos

Hi,
I have my rftest2 network, the problem is when i put down a link (command "link h1 s1 down" for example).
As i said when i put down a link, the routers dont change their tables so some hosts are unreachable. All interfaces of all routers had dead-intervals with a value of 4 (hello-interval is 1).
I hope someone can resolve my problem.
