Ihave been using Moodle for about 12 years now for online grammar testing at an Italian university, but I have never really been involved in the actual design of the webpages etc . Initially, I created my tests (quizzes) from scratch using templates provided by the technicians here at the university, but later on, since the format of the test always remained the same, it was easier and more time efficient to simply duplicate tests and then make changes to the individual questions.
The problem now is that although I have a data base of about 20 separate tests, if I have several of these open at the same time, and I make changes to one that has a template in common with another, then the other is also modified. I cannot seem to change the templates, and was wondering if I could save each individual test as a new template.
You'll have to forgive my ignorance, but how do I organize (access?? create??) the question bank. At the university where I work, Moodle is hosted on a larger and quite complex platform, and although I create my own quizzes, I am not an administrator and so have limited access to the actual setting up of things. I'm also going to have to re-familiarize myself with setting up a template, since I created the last ones about 12 years ago!
Once in a quiz, Questions can be created directly inside the quiz by clicking "Edit Quiz" or directly in the question bank by clicking on "Question Bank" and then on "Categories" (in the admin block). Questions can also be made off-line and imported. Many docs are available on this topic.
If you don't intend for teachers to "share" quiz questions, I'd highly recommend that teachers create their questions at the "quiz" level instead of the default course level. This helps with long term organization (so you don't end up with hundreds of questions at the course level). This method also allows you to duplicate quizzes which will then make copies of each question (instead of 'sharing' questions).
Also consider a Naming convention for the titles Of the question (which is helpful if a question gets saved or moved into the wrong place or if teachers want to copy a question from one quiz and add it into another-Such as from a practice quiz to a final exam). By having the name of the quiz as the start of the question title, This helps you know where the question initially existing. That's just tidbits for my schools use case, you I'm sure will have your own use case. But check out the Moodle docs!
Use the five question banks to familiarise yourself with the type of questions you will see in your test. Each subtest bank contains a large number of questions to be attempted over several practice sessions.
Use our practice tests nearer your test date to review your performance under timed conditions. These are available in the standard UCAT and extended UCATSEN timings. To prepare for the UCATSA, UCATSENSA, UCATSEN50 or UCATSEN50SA you may want to use the untimed versions provided.

Paper checks contain personal information that can be seen by whoever gets their hands on them. Check fraud occurs when a criminal obtains money illegally using stolen checks or check information. Scammers often target the mail to steal checks and other personal or financial information with the intent to commit fraud and identity theft. They may even alter a check payee and dollar amount. Don't let this happen to you.
The first thing to look for: Any unauthorized transaction on your account statements or in your transaction history. Regularly monitor your transaction history and set up account alerts that help you monitor your finances and keep your account safe. What to do if you see a suspicious transaction.
Other signs of fraud include: Being denied credit unexpectedly, receiving credit cards you never applied for or receiving calls from collection agencies seeking payment for items you never purchased.
The first thing to look for: Fraudulent emails typically imply urgency, attempting to get you to act quickly before you have time to carefully read and examine the message. They often don't address you by name and contain obvious grammar and/or spelling errors. See an example of a fraudulent email layer.
Other signs of email fraud: If you hover over a link in a fraudulent email (don't click it), it will usually show you that it's pointing to a site different from the one stated in the message. The goal is to get you to click through to a web page where you'll be asked to provide personal information or open an attachment that may be malicious. Immediately forward any suspicious email that uses Bank of America's name to
ab...@bankofamerica.com and then delete it. (Please note, we will only reply to your message if we require additional information). What to do if you receive a suspicious email.
The best way to avoid email fraud is to remain vigilant. Never click on a link in an email unless you are absolutely certain who sent the email and where the link is taking you. Remember: We will never use email to ask you for personal information such as your account number, card PIN, Social Security number or Tax ID number. See how to spot email scams.
The first thing to look for: As with fraudulent emails, fraudulent text messages often suggest urgent action, attempting to get you to act quickly before you have time to carefully read and examine the message. They often don't address you by name and contain obvious grammar and/or spelling errors.
Other signs of text message fraud include: Promises of free gifts in exchange for your personal or bank account information. Never click a link in a suspicious text message: It could result in malware being loaded to your phone that sends your personal information to a scammer. Visit the FTC page about text message spam layer.
Fraud prevention tip: Do not provide access codes, personal and financial information via email, text or to unsolicited callers. Bank of America will never call you to ask you for this information. If you receive an email or text from Bank of America and you're unsure if it's real, don't click on any links.
