Idon't know how to put channel numbers or address numbers on my lights. I tried using Number Spotlight, but it just says "numbering complete" and then doesn't show the numbers at all. I've tried converting the symbol to lighting instrument, I've tried building a legend. Would someone be so kind as to walk me through it step by step, I know it's a lot. I'm a student and my undergrad professor only taught me to hand draft a plot. I'm having to learn Vectorworks on my own, and it's a little stressful. I'm working on my thesis project and can't get the channel and address numbers and my professor wants a vectorworks sheet instead of hand draft. I appreciate any help.
What Scott said will probably solve your problem, but there are a few other things that can throw you curve. One of them is class visibility. If you continue to have problems with this or with any other workflows, don't be shy. There are a lot of people here to help.
Possibly the thing I'm missing is that our organization has barely used Teams (beyond chat) so far, and no team has more than a couple channels. But the only documentation I find seems to just re-state the same words that are communicated by the setting itself.
A Team can have any number of visible channels up to the overall limit of 200. If no one takes any action the Team will show general and the first 2 channels (alphabetically) then fold the rest under hidden channels.
I have a show file from Venue A. They used the fixtures that they have in house. I am now transferring the show to a new venue where all the fixtures are different. I can change the fixture types in Patch - that much is not a problem - but here is where it is getting tricky.
The new venue (Venue B) refuses to change the soft patch of their units to match our channel numbers (a rep house) so not only do I need to swap fixture types, I also now need to swap channel numbers about - how do I make all of these changes and still keep all the channel data for the fixtures?
That is part of the problem - the venue are not wanting to go anywhere near their house patch. I see where you are going with this though. Thank you. The trick is going to be if they will give me their show file so that I can do the patching offline...
ok if you are saying you actually need the channel numbers to refer to the channel numbers in a standard show file they have that I assume you are going to merge with, then I think you should be able to work with your show file and just do things like chan 1 move to chan 33 which should change everything around for you (other than magic sheets). Move To is done by pressing Copy To twice

We were trying to upgrade our FortiAP from v5.0.10 to v5.0.11 on FAP 220B. After a success upgrade, we found the radio 1 (5 GHz Band) show 0. Then, we try to downgrade back to v5.0.10, the 5G channel can be shown correctly.
This confirms that AP country code setting is not consistent on WTP profile and physical AP itself. Sometimes country code mappings might get changed between releases to accommodate regulation changes . You might need to contact Fortinet support to check the region code setting on the AP.

For me, for whatever reason, it only changed when I did it both on the app on my phone and on my computer. Idk why, but there you go; it was immediate. Still takes forever to do the same in the search, though.
Idk if it was accident or not, but my solution seemed to work. I had the same problem to where it showed my old name, so I had an idea. I changed my name again (naming it the same thing) and it replaced my old name with my new name, since I changed it twice. (If it doesn't work, trying using 2 devices.)
The screen is obscured by a somewhat opaque black layer, which covers or hides the content. The channel name and information about the channel as well as action buttons (settings, show chat window, report) appear as part of this interruption.
This is frustrating me enough to just go watch Netflix, or YouTube, or some other form of entertainment instead, and especially to stop paying for a no-ads Twitch subscription. I consume content to feel good as quickly as possible; and this bug gives me a bad taste in my mouth immediately, on every channel I load.
Oh, and along these lines... If you pause a VOD a big opaque play symbol pops up in the middle of your screen to, I guess, indicate that you've paused the video. But that indicator doesn't disappear with the rest of the UI after the 5 second fade out, why not?!? Why do you block our view of one of the most important sections of the screen when we pause? Do they not realize users might want to pause and look more closely at details (often in the middle of the screen) during an interesting or funny moment? The previous version of the UI kept the display nice and clear when pause, and this version has made that worse.
Moreover, what is even the point of that indicator? Is it not clear the video is pause be the lack of visual motion? If the streamer is transmitting a still shot during a portion of a vod, can't users easily pull up the UI to verify there're progressing through the vid? And if it's stuck on a frame and trying to buffer, we get a different indicator for both vod and live alike, that circular motion one.
It's not like it's telling you you must hit the play button to unpause (like you largely had to in the previous version). Now, for some reason, it unpauses with the press of any button whatsoever. So what's the point? We can tell the video is paused, and don't need a meaningless indicator, that never goes away, blocking key portions of the content.
