Recently bought an L700. Thought it would be a fun project. Looks like the many prior owners put it thru the ringer, but the engine is solid. Right lift cylinder leaks, and it's been reinforce welded in every conceivable spot. All wheel bearings shot. The oil bath box is cracked so that is first. What oil is recommended?
The belt that drives the hydrostatic units is in tough condition and needs replaced.
Is there a downloadable repair/owner manual available?
Any help...will help. Kelly

Hi J in Iowa, what part of Iowa are you in? I’m in SE Warren county near Indianola. Anyway I just bought a Rounder 600 and am currently going through it. I have all the hydraulic hoses off of it and and going to replace them all, got the engine running good. Replacing axle seals and repacking wheel bearings. I’m currently looking for the axle flange gasket, will probably end up cutting my own. The tilt cylinders leak internally so I have to reseal them. Do you still have a pdf of the service manual? That would come in handy!
