Nothing in the Paths palette

I've been hearing complaints that nothing appears in the Paths
palette, which is needed for making the selection.

Can anyone verify this is actually happening?

To reiterate, you have to draw the rounded rectangle first, on the
layer that you'd like rounded, then go to the Paths palette, and you
should see the "shape."

Hi Matthom,

I am getting the no path in CS3. It's a stopper. The process does
not work at all without that step.
