Salamalaikum, 

Please take me off this list. I understand that you have your own business with the show, however I do feel CCing everyone who ever included ROTR in an email is a bit unprofessional and bothersome. I hope things work out for you, but I've never seen business done this way until these refunds.

We had opted to send private emails to Sister Suraya to avoid additional stress and humiliation. Unfortunately, there has been no reaction to those messages and I doubt there will be any reasonable reaction.

My suggestion to everyone is to join forces, hire one lawyer that represents all of us who put their trust in the ROTR organization team and work on obtaining a legal title for recovering the funds.

Jumah Mubarak. To date we have given 8 full refunds (sponsors, vendors and designers), 5 on the first refund date and 3 on July 16th. 

Only 6 of you remain (some of which just requested a refund literally within the last 7 days) and again as I have stated before, refund dates can NOT be changed. If you cannot continue to patiently wait until your refund has been processed as all the others have waited, you are more than welcome to seek legal representation should you wish to take this to court. 

I sent an email update to all, some of you have approached me in private and after I already addressed your concerns you decide to spam the group (Nadia, as our first confirmed designer back in October 2013, you know you pulled out of both shoots at the last minute after everything was paid for. The second shoot we set up specifically for you, take responsibility for your actions. We only stopped your promotions at your request. You were already told you were not receiving a refund).

Full refunds have been issued and will continue to be issued by specific dates which again cannot be changed. The next refund date is August 16th and the final refund date is September 1st.

I echo what both Nadia and Br Muhammad have said. We must get our refund at the absolute latest by monday the 21st of July otherwise we will have to take this to court. We do not want to do this but our money should be returned to us the same way that some others recieved their refunds.

I can only repeat what Nadia just wrote. You haven't responded to neither my emails not my messages to your mobile.

You have a last chance to react prior to this being taken to court. It is my duty to pursue our rights since we have various investors backing us.

I honestly cannot understand such a behavior. This cannot be justified neither with inability nor with lack of business acumen.

As you already know In February 2014, my brand pulled out of the New

receiving any of the services listed below, which the contract clearly
stated was the purpose of the money:

1. marketing for an entire year
2. runway show in 2014
3. a commercial shoot happening in mid December 2014
4. a photo shoot in January

We request that our funds to be returned immediately by no later than
Monday July 21st, via Paypal at nadia...@gmail.com  If you have any
questions please feel free to respond to me via this group email since
I was taken off the ROTR google groups.
