Yes I did and Thank You.
The problem was to expand the beds in a Buoy where I have only one outlet, where in normal molds for expanding there are a lot of nozzles for steaming on big surface.
Finaly we used stean generator and have inserted the steam trough pipe started from the bottom of the plastic float while slowly taking it out. The test was succesful and now thinking to invent a system for filling of these kind of buoys and floats.
If you have anything on mind how to make the device will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

 

Got yur e-mail.  Indicates u had some success w steam expansion, as I had suggested.  We have a small lab, involved w research, development and production of plastics, composites, coattings and adhesives.  Wish all of our programs had as easy a solution as your problem seemed to be.  Cannot suggest  how "to make the device" because cannot visualize exactly what your system is.  If u can give a good description, maybe we can make a suggestion.
