Javier and I just chatted and we think a delay for our meeting is acceptable.  Things that we discussed:

Javier is still analyzing data that he started to show us last time.

As we mentioned last time, he and I are going to discuss a plan for performing the pooled genetic interaction experiments (tomorrow I think).

Joe, what is the ETA for the cherrypicking data for the pro-Donor and pro-Recipient 2 batches?

Thanks,
Atina

Thanks Atina,

Also a little add. I've started mating the StOnge+Neutrals (44 strains with two replicates each). So the space will be 88 donors vs. 88 recipients. I'm doing this in both array and pool formats.

I'm also working on a bigger pool of 7 replicates each (~300 vs. 300). I'm doing this only in pool.

I'm taking some days off for vacations starting next week. Paul will kindly help me to complete a couple of steps to put cells to sporulate while I'm off.

Thanks.

J.
