Hello lab,

I ordered some oligos from IDT that were tried to be delivered today morning but the shipper reported that they were “Refused by recipient”. I talked to IDT and they said that what may have happened is that the name 'Anna Karkhanina' (a former technician in our lab) appears in the shipping form.

The form also shows Attn to 'Javier'.

I didn't ask who exactly refused them, but in case you get any reagent in future please ask around before refusing it.

They recommend to replace Anna's name. I'll email them to put Marinella's name instead. It can't be done over their webpage. Is that ok for everyone?
