Hello,

So here are the things that need to be done for Make it Simple! campaign and the responsibiles for each of them:

Lala: Transition framework (at first this was Costi's responsibility, but we discussed more about it two meetings ago and I decided to take it), TD Processes, Competencies evaluation
Mada: Education Cycle for Specialists, Education Cycles per stage and programmes; Mada youa re also final responsible of this campaign, so you have to sum up all the documents and align them in terms of style, looks, brand etc.
Irina: JDs framework and EB profiles (this are already done by RoST), career plan tool
Costi: National Education Cycle (you should sum up all the functional area preparations, made by each MCVP and their NSTs)

Can anyone else take competencies evaluation from me because I have 3 tools to develop and others have only one or nothing?
