To ensure we follow a smooth process once you book the stalls, please follow the following
1) Once an exhibitor confirms and a stall no. is booked, email him/her a registration form. ( Attached below)..MANDATORY
2) Check with them, if they already have a TIN No(please mention on the form). if the don't have one, then we get it for them at an extra charge of 3000 (its compulsory to have one)
3) Check with them any extra requirements that they have.( Attached below is the list) All items available in the stall already are mentioned on the last line of the form.
Anything over that needs to be charged according to the prices on the list. which they pay on the day of the exhibition directly to the vendor.
please ask them to mention the extra requirements on the last pg of the form.
4) Collect complete form+ cheque/cash.
