JUINE BOARD MEETING

Fellow Board members and members of the Incoming Board,
Our next Board meeting has been scheduled for Monday 8 June 2015. This date 8th June was arrived at after considering that the May meeting was held on 11 May 2015 and to give the directors to compile their reports, more time (close to a month) was considered necessary especially considering this is our last Board meeting for the year where our reports will be most looking at how we have performed in the year.
As already stated by the President in her e-mail earlier in the week, we are all requested to compile our comprehensive reports for the year to facilitate a thorough review both at the meeting and for our record. Meanwhile the current directors and the incoming directors are urged to continue sharing notes as much as possible with a view to having the continuation into the next year as seamless as possible.
The venue for the meeting will be advised in due course when the agenda is being sent with the minutes from the previous meeting.

Please note that the meeting will be held at PN Amin’s residence in Area 9 (House # 9/327) and I have the pleasure to attach the directions to the residence.
