Please note that the meeting will be held at PN Amin’s residence in Area 9 (House # 9/327) and I have the pleasure to attach the directions to the residence.

Fellow Board Members
At our Board meeting last Monday, it was agreed that all directors (including those that were not in attendance) should present their reports at the Business meeting. Since time was not sufficient for all the directors to present their reports at yesterday’s Business meeting, may all those that did not present their reports yesterday please prepare to do so on Tuesday 19 May 2015.
May the directors who did not attend the Board meeting please remember to share their reports to the Board (via e-mail) before Monday 18 May 2015.
